CVA Reacts to Guilty Verdict for Routh

By Concerned Veterans for America

Arlington, Va. – Pete Hegseth, CEO of Concerned Veterans for America, released the following statement in reaction to the news that Eddie Ray Routh was found guilty of the murders of Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield:

“CVA has refrained from publicly commenting on the trial of Eddie Ray Routh until after a verdict had been reached as Mr. Routh’s rights are protected by the same Constitution we as veterans swore an oath to defend.

“Now that Mr. Routh has been found guilty of capital murder by a jury of his peers in the deaths of Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield, we are confident that justice has prevailed.

“The prayers of CVA and its members continue to be with the Kyle and Littlefield families at this difficult time, but hope this verdict provides them with some sense of peace.”
