Arlington, VA – Today the House of Representatives voted to re-authorize the Veterans Choice Program, a program created in response to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) wait list manipulation scandal in 2014. The measure has already been approved by the Senate and will now be sent to the President’s desk.

Senator Tester recently said that Judge Gorsuch deserves a “fair shake,” but shortly after flip-flopped and announced that he will oppose the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Tester is up for re-election in 2018.
