Veteran Grassroots leaders will meet with lawmakers on VA Choice, Defense spending, more.
WASHINGTON – Concerned Veterans for America will hold a press conference on Thursday, March 15 to discuss its legislative agenda and how the organization plans to advance its policy priorities. CVA is flying members of its grassroots leadership team from around the country to meet with the Senators and Congressmen from their states in order to discuss CVA’s legislative agenda. The group will hold nearly a hundred meetings with lawmakers leading up to the press conference.
The organization is working to advance more health care options for veterans, modernize and realign the VA’s medical infrastructure, promote transparency and innovation at the VA, begin to advance a BRAC at the Department of Defense, and more. CVA leaders will address the press after attending over 100 meetings with important legislative leaders.
