Arlington, VA – CVA Executive Director Mark Lucas released the following statement in honor of Veterans Day:
“CVA would like to express our deepest gratitude to veterans for the ultimate sacrifices they have made to preserve our nation’s Republic. Their heroic service lays the foundation for a prosperous, free, and safe America. Military family members also deserve recognition today – they make incredible sacrifices to support their loved ones in uniform.
“Veterans put their lives on the line to protect us, and it is our duty to ensure that they receive the care they earned. CVA will continue working diligently to protect the best interests of soldiers at home after they are finished serving.
“There are 21 million veterans in the America today, and each and every one of them sacrificed so we could live freely. You are our heroes, and we salute you.”
