CVA Launches 7-figure Campaign to Extend Tax Relief for Americans

By Concerned Veterans for America

Inflation hit an all-time high under the Biden-Harris administration, America’s financial future is on the line

ARLINGTON, Va. – Today, Concerned Veterans for America (CVA), the country’s largest grassroots veterans advocacy group, launched a seven-figure campaign titled: Protect Prosperity, urging lawmakers to extend President Trump’s tax relief for Americans.

In the face of the looming expiration of the historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, this campaign will communicate to the new Congress that now would be the worst time for Americans to face a massive tax hike. Failing to extend the TCJA could devastate small businesses, make it harder for families to make ends meet, and undermine the dynamic economy that is the basis for American prosperity and security.

CVA Strategic Director John Byrnes had this to say about the Trump Tax Cuts and Jobs Act expiration:

“Concerned Veterans for America exists to empower every citizen to pursue the American Dream. Veterans have made extraordinary sacrifices for America’s safety and her prosperity. Today, we are business owners, public servants, and employees of businesses large and small.

Since 2021, the Biden-Harris administration has created an inflation nightmare, the worst in over 40 years. Today the cost of living is the highest it has been in decades. Americans know our leaders in Washington shouldn’t be raising taxes.

A strong U.S. economy requires a pro-growth tax policy.  Without a strong economy, our nation cannot sustain a strong military to ensure safety and prosperity. The first step in ensuring prosperity at home is extending the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which expires this year.

Congress must act, before President Trump’s tax cuts expire and create an economic catastrophe for Americans. Extending and improving on TCJA tax cuts will make the United States more secure and create an economy with greater opportunity, reigniting the American Dream”
