CVA Congratulates New HVAC Chairman Phil Roe

Arlington, VA – Today, Rep. Phil Roe (R-TN) was elected by the Republican Steering Committee to serve as House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs chairman for the 115th Congress.
Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) Executive Director Mark Lucas issued the following statement:
“We congratulate Rep. Roe on his new position as HVAC Chairman and applaud the Steering Committee for making such an outstanding selection. Roe is well-suited to build upon Jeff Miller’s legacy of holding the VA accountable and advancing meaningful reforms.
