CVA Celebrates House Passage of SPEED Act, a Victory for U.S. Energy Security
ARLINGTON, Va. ― Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) applauds the House of Representatives for passing H.R. 4776, the SPEED Act, marking a major milestone in restoring common-sense permitting reform and strengthening America’s energy independence.
“Passing the SPEED Act in the House is a major step forward for our country’s energy security and economy,” said John Vick, executive director of Concerned Veterans for America. “By cutting unnecessary red tape, the bill moves us closer to building the infrastructure we need ― delivering jobs, lower costs for families, and a stronger domestic energy supply. Now it’s up to the Senate to finish the job and send this bipartisan reform to the President’s desk so America can take control of its energy future.”
