Tyler Koteskey

Tyler Koteskey

Tyler Koteskey is the policy director for Concerned Veterans for America, where his work focuses on veterans’ health care, U.S. foreign policy strategy, and fiscal responsibility. Prior to CVA, Tyler worked as a policy analyst at Americans for Prosperity and the Reason Foundation. In the Fall of 2020, Tyler was also a Marcellus Policy Fellow with the John Quincy Adams Society, where his research focused on Naval spending priorities to facilitate a grand strategy of offshore balancing.

Tyler’s work has featured in War on the Rocks, Newsweek, The Washington Examiner, The Hill, and the Georgetown Security Studies Review. Tyler is currently pursuing an MA in Security Studies at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in 2015 with a BA in History and Political Science.
