Jessica Slankard
Jessica is a proud United States Air Force veteran and grassroots engagement director with Concerned Veterans for America in the Buckeye State.
Inspired by her family’s legacy of military service, Jessica enlisted in 1998, serving almost ten years as a surgical technician, later specializing in orthopedics, supporting the health and well-being of her fellow servicemembers.
After her military career, she continued her commitment to service, working in medical roles at Wilford Hall Medical Center and assisting the Air Force Surgeon General’s office. She joined CVA in 2023, bringing her passion for veterans’ issues to the forefront, advocating for the benefits they’ve earned and a brighter future for the next generation of Americans.
