Cody Frizzelle

Cody Frizzelle is a grassroots engagement director in North Carolina and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Following in the footsteps of his father and both grandfathers, Cody decided to enlist after high school. He joined the Coast Guard in 2012 and spent all his time underway on 210’ Cutters. With a desire to save lives, he was fortunate enough to be involved in several search and rescue efforts, along with drug interdictions and migrant operations. He was medically discharged in 2016 and immediately sought to continue helping people through service.

Majoring in philosophy, Cody spent his college days thinking of ways to make the world a better place. His desire for service led to a student leadership award in both community service and philanthropy.

Cody joined Concerned Veterans for America in October 2024, after several years of working every blue-collar job imaginable. His experience allows him to bring a blend of philosophical perspectives and hard work to his community.

Cody currently lives in Down East, North Carolina with his growing family.
