Join us for BBQ and an update on the VA Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017 from CVA Florida’s Coalitions Director, Diego Echeverri. Diego is an Army veteran who deployed to Afghanistan in 2003 as a 27D Paralegal Specialist assigned to the 10th Mountain Division.

After leaving the Army, Diego went on to earn a Bachelor’s and MBA at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Diego has served as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Florida, Director of Political and Economic Affairs at the Consulate General of Israel, and as an aide to the Chief Financial Officer of Florida. He is also the co-founder of a successful menswear startup called Bull and Moose.
