Help Us Remember Those Who Answered The Call

Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we remember the first responders, veterans, and Americans whose lives and service were shaped by that day.

Did 9/11 influence your decision to serve, change how you thought about your military service, or affect someone you know? Were you or someone you know at Ground Zero? We want to hear your story.

Tell us what you remember and how 9/11 shaped your life, service, or views on America’s role in the world. If you’re sharing someone else’s story, help us get to know them and their experience.

Feel free to include details such as their military branch or first responder agency, rank or title, role at Ground Zero, or when and where they served.

There is no one way to tell these stories. Share what best captures the experience and what it means 25 years later. Selected stories may be shared as part of Concerned Veterans for America’s remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11.
