Katrina Dolan

Grassroots Engagement Director, Pennsylvania

Katrina Dolan serves as a hybrid Grassroots Engagement Director with Concerned Veterans for America and Americans for Prosperity, leading engagement efforts across Central Pennsylvania. Since joining the organization as a volunteer, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, driven by her passion for empowering citizens and strengthening communities.

Raised on her family’s fourth-generation farm in Port Royal, Pennsylvania, Katrina developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for service. Inspired by her two grandfathers, both Korean War veterans, she is committed to honoring the sacrifices of those who served and ensuring veterans continue to have a voice in shaping America’s future.

Before joining CVA, Katrina worked at Letterkenny Army Depot during the Iraq War and later helped operate her family’s small business, where she built lasting relationships with veterans across Pennsylvania.

Today, she is dedicated to connecting veterans and citizens with opportunities to protect the freedoms that have made America strong and to inspire others to make a difference in their communities.
