Emma is the communications director for Concerned Veterans for America.

She began her career in public service at the Federal Aviation Administration, where she managed media relations and crisis communications during several high-profile aviation events, including the Boeing 737 MAX crashes and incidents involving unruly passengers. She also led nationwide public awareness campaigns focused on air traffic control hiring initiatives, aerial wildfire response, and aviation safety regulations.

Most recently, Emma worked at VOX Global, where she developed reputational crisis communications plans and proactive earned media strategies for clients across the conservation, financial services, education, and government contracting sectors.

Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Kansas. RCJH!
