Arlington, VA – Ahead of the expected Senate floor vote on the Supreme Court nomination this Friday, Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) is dropping a fourth and final pro-Gorsuch direct mail targeted at Senator Jon Tester (D-MT). Senator Tester recently said that Judge Gorsuch deserves a “fair shake,” but shortly after flip-flopped and announced that he will oppose the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Tester is up for re-election in 2018.
